I would change about policies labour in my city the way that the bosses and laws demand to their employees. They have to keep involuntary unemployment low and to sustain increases in real wages.

My city has to have provided extensive forms of co-insurance against the job losses arising from both creative destruction and competition from other economies, so that most citizens of my city welcome both technological change and the global exchange of goods and services.

·         The main difference between high-performing economies and laggards is that the institutions and policies of high performers incentivize their main actors to increase the size of the pie, rather than fighting over the size of their slice.

Step 2: Describe the supply and demand labour in your country (describe if your city is a productive farming area or an industrial region or a touristy area, etc.). Describe which are the main sources of employment in your city. Say which are the largest companies. Say what are the main products of these companies. 

 The supply and demand labour in my country is huge. There are many productive sectors where they need their services. Although the technology has replaced the human work. But in many sectors such as the agriculture and cattle raising still largely needs the hand of man.

 Túquerres is a  productive farming área.

The main sources of employement in my city are agriculture and cattle raising

The economy of  Túquerres municipality is characterized by the predominance of the cattle raising sector, the value added structure is seen as the primary activities (agriculture, cattle raising) contribute 57.37%, manufactures 2.6% and the tertiary sector (trade, services) with the 40 %.

Contrary to what is thought in the cattle raising sector, which generates greater economic income, being the main activity of the region with intensive cattle raising, semi-intensive cattle raising and breeding of smaller species.

It is followed by the Agricultural sector, which indicates the direct impact of imports of agricultural products on local production, thus generating lower prices and delaying national demand.

The gradual disappearance of wheat and barley and the high production costs of agriculture in the past ostensibly the development of this sector. The primary character of the economy, the evidence of a sector that must be strengthened and / or potentialized, the region could not sustain its development expectation in a weak productive sector, with levels of technology uncompetitive and disjointed from the social economic context. These two lines become elements of vital importance in the generation of resources and employment for the greater part of the community.

Although, The commerce sector becomes the source of income for the municipality's economy, this is due to the size of the urban nucleus of the municipality and the role of the capital as a subregional center (among the municipalities of the region).

Informal commerce: in the municipality there is a notable growth of the informal economy thanks to the difficult situation of the formal economy in the region and in the country in general.
