What would you change about labour policies in your city?

In my city labor policies there is much to change, such as salaries, according to the efforts made by employees, your salary must be more remunerated, according to risks, or places of conflict, employees are also entitled to be paid the extra hours for their efforts that they give, these are not in the normal schedule, the companies will have to value the efforts of the most vulnerable workers.

The internal dynamics of each organization is different and has particular strengths and weaknesses in relation to the others. These types of evaluations are useful to identify them accurately, involving the collaborators themselves and creating guidelines based on the results that allow to continuously improve and meet the needs of employees and companies at the same time.

Step 2: Describe the supply and demand labour in your country (describe if your city is a productive farming area or an industrial region or a touristy area, etc.). Describe which are the main sources of employment in your city. Say which are the largest companies. Say what are the main products of these companies.

in the case of salaries, there are two powerful elements that are very interested in the law of supply and demand being fulfilled: businessmen and government, same elements as in the prices of goods and services, it is not convenient for them to comply with the law of supply and demand, and consequently, do everything possible to distort the market to the point of achieving a certain behavior.

my city is an agricultural area its main source of economy is coffee followed by cattle and sugar cane and a variety of fruits and vegetables
The main sources of employment in my city are the shoe factory, the coffee harvest, also the source of economic sustenance is largely agricultura
The biggest companies in my city are the shoe factories, coffee and livestock companies, their main products are the mass production of footwear, the production of high quality coffee and export, and the good selection of meats
