Step 1 Design a blog through Google or the tool that you prefer. Read about policies labour in Colombia and please write two paragraph answer this question: What would you change about policies labour in your city.

About labor policies in my city, it is important to change what is related to work in hiring workers in the agricultural sector.
In Colombia there is only one labor le gislation. There is no differential treatment between urban and rural workers.
And this labor legislation is inapplicable because of the economic conditions of a farmer who hires a worker for a day or a week does not allow him to fulfill his  legal obligations.

In the countryside, most people only have a small plot, which does not even give them their own social security; many times they do not earn even to procure basic elements such as food or clothing, then, absurd result pretending that it is a worker for a few days in social security, compilation and the content of social functions. Although the labor law requires it, it is simply impossible to apply in most cases.

-Accommodation Services.
- Storage of transport, mail and communications services.
-Services of financial intermediation.
-Other services: photocopiers, videogames, hairdressers, internet rooms, professional services, among others.
